         Our strategy is to boost capital operation through priority marketing and to promote capital increment through capital operation, so as to maximize the interests of our company and shareholders.

Plan for Development from 2004 to 2008 ：
         2004 We will complete all the preparations for register on the stock market in 2004 and we will strive to get registered in Singapore by Formerly September 2005 Relative standard upgrading and series of certifications shall be completed for stachyose to enter into domestic and world markets as raw materials or as additives. Applications for 6 health products (3 submitted domestically and the other 3 from Hongkong) shall be completed. The volume of business in the year shall hit 45 million RMB yuan with 15 million as profits.
         2005 By 2005 the turnover shall be 180 million RMB yuan with 42.5 million as profits.
         2006 By 2006 the turnover shall be 350 million RMB yuan with 80.75 million as profits.
         2007 By 2007 the turnover shall be 600 million RMB yuan with 170 million as profits.
         2008 By 2008 the turnover shall be 1,000 million RMB yuan with 297.5 million as profits.
