It is a sealed-up installation. Workshops are relatively independent, yet they are joined by passageways. The equipment is advanced. The infuse pipeline is sealed. We have advanced equipments which meet the health food qualification and the conditions for the health food production.
¢ò Manufacture Flow:
In the process of production we use ionless pure water. We use computers to control and monitor the temperature, time, ph value and reaction results. Original liquids are turned to finished product liquid through many grades of purifications. The bottle used as container is thoroughly sterilized. So every index of the product is fully guaranteed.
¢ó Quality Inspection
The light inspection is the macro examination of the chemistry index of the semi-manufactured goods. Chemical inspection is detailed test of physics and chemistry index, hygiene, etc. of raw materials, semi-manufactured goods and finished products. The products are not allowed to leave the factory before the quality report is signed.
